Late-'90s project of Scottish multi-instrumentalist Luke Sutherland (ex-Long Fin Killie) with Danish singer Signe Høirup Wille-Jørgensen. 'Girls Lips Glitter' is on 1999's Blush (Too Pure). Trip-hop/dream-pop of that era. Sutherland's also a published novelist, and since 2000 an occasional touring member of Mogwai. Bows put out two albums on Too Pure.
