




Hafdís Huld. Singer and songwriter out of Reykjavík, Iceland, born in 1979. She was 15 when she joined GusGus, the Icelandic electronic collective. After GusGus she teamed up with FC Kahuna, singing and co-writing 'Hayling,' which ended up on their album Machine Says Yes. Then she went solo, and her 2006 debut, Dirty Paper Cup, won Best Pop Album at the Icelandic Music Awards.
