Love Spells is Sir Taegen Harris, out of Houston, Texas, and based in LA. Dream pop with indie rock running underneath and a falsetto that floats right over the top. He wrote poems first and turned them into songs. Kevin Abstract brought him onto his 2025 album Blush, he opened for Sharon Van Etten on tour, and his debut album, Love Is the Law, came out on RCA. 'Love Costs' is one of his singles. A lot of earned momentum, fast.
