Warpaint

Warpaint. Los Angeles quartet: Emily Kokal, Theresa Wayman, Jenny Lee Lindberg and drummer Stella Mozgawa. Hazy, intricately interlocking indie rock built on tight interplay between them. 'Stevie' is a highlight from 2022's Radiate Like This, their first album in six years. A comeback they pulled off despite having to finish parts in separate makeshift home studios during the pandemic. They held the album's release back until they could tour behind it.
